We did the hard work, we looked quite composed, and then we decided to give them a goal out of pure politeness. Typical, really. I spotted a few of the lads looking far too relaxed in the second half, as if they had suddenly remembered they had a dinner reservation to keep. We had a decent run of play, but the ball has a funny way of refusing to go where you actually want it to. It is a point. It is not the three we wanted, but we will take the point and stop complaining about the wind. There is no time to dwell on the missed opportunities.
