Wessex United 5–0 Wednesbury: Brejo-Alegre finds his range

Wessex United produced the most decisive result of Monday 31 August, winning 5-0 against Wednesbury Athletic. The afternoon served as a useful platform for Élton Brejo-Alegre. Kirkby FC beat Heaton AFC 2-1, and Sussex Athletic saw off Acton United 2-1. Crookes United also claimed a 2-1 win over Mancunia FC.

Arthur Fortesque remains the lead marksman in the golden boot race with 12 goals.
