I am staying at Mancunia. I am grateful to Edgbaston for wanting me — being wanted like that is not nothing, and I will not pretend the last two weeks were easy. But home is not a bidding war you win. It is a place you already are, with a manager who makes you better and a city that made me. I have signed a new contract. The subject is closed. Now I would very much like to get back to football.
